CCR currently fields two travel team affectionately known as the A and B Team.
A Team
The Central City Rollergirls A Team features the most advanced skaters from the league. This commited group’s ethos emphasises working cohesively as a team, and as individuals, building their fitness, roller derby knowledge, and developing strong mental focus. The A Team work tirelessly to push CCR into being the best it can be – ‘Harder, Better, Faster, Strong’.
B Team
Central City’s B Team include skaters progressing up the ranks and also, returning from injury. They, like the A Team, work hard to build on their skills, strength, tactics and gameplay. With a core group of skaters now regularly playing the B Team, their aim is to set themselves as a strong team in their own right.
